We make it easy and affordable to obtain professional legal advice by offering inexpensive INITIAL CONSULTATIONS. Once you've decided to implement your estate plan, your documents will be ready in about two weeks or less. Our firm's policy regarding billing is to collect half of your flat fee upon our initial engagement and to collect the remainder once your plan is prepared and delivered to you. Your consultation fee MAY be applied to the cost of your ESTATE PLAN under specific conditions.

STEP 1: SCHEDULE YOUR INITIAL CONSULTATION

STEP 2: FILL OUT THE CONFIDENTIAL PERSONAL INFORMATION FORM

Fill out our Confidential Personal Information Form and send it to us at least 5 business days before your initial consultation. All information listed on your estate planning worksheet is completely confidential and bound by the attorney-client privilege.

Do not be intimidated by the form! All options may not apply to you. Simply complete the portions that do. The form is designed to help us prepare to make recommendations and ask the right questions at the consultation AND to help you start thinking about important decisions.

STEP 3: ATTEND INITIAL CONSULTATION

At the Initial Consultation, we will review your assets with you and learn about you and your loved ones. We do a lot of listening at this meeting, and ask some questions. After you have taught us about you and your family, we will then explain some of the most important aspects of estate planning and the law. We will review your current situation and advise you on how to implement a better plan.

STEP 4: DESIGN

Next, we will concentrate on creating an estate plan custom-designed to meet your specific needs and goals. We will decide together all of the specifics for your plan. We will agree on a fair, fixed fee for the work we do. You will know exactly what you will receive and for what price. Once these are decided and documented, we will begin drafting your plan.

STEP 5: SIGNING CEREMONY

Once your plan is prepared, we will schedule a time for you to come into our office to sign all of your documents. At this time, we will have prepared your entire estate plan and we will review it with you in detail, carefully explaining each document and pointing out what the documents do for you and how they interact with each other. If the plan meets with your approval, you may sign the documents and put your comprehensive estate plan to work for you.

STEP 6: DELIVERY

About one week after the signing ceremony we will deliver your Plan. We will need to keep your signed documents until this time in order to scan them into our computer system.

STEP 7: TRUST MAINTENANCE PLAN

We realize that our clients will only have peace of mind if they know that their planning is and remains current. We also know that legal fees can quickly become very expensive. For these reasons, we offer Trust Maintenance Plans. With this service, you are able to obtain ongoing legal services and advice to keep your plan current at a substantially reduced cost.
